Returns & Refund

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sneazm Ebeling & Geffers OHG, Am Dorfsee 57, 21514 Güster, Germany, Tel.: 04018297333, e-mail: retoure@sneazm.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this purpose, you may use the enclosed sample revocation form, which, however, is not mandatory.

Important notice:
For returns from countries in the EU and countries outside the European Union, we can not cover these return shipping costs. We will deduct the return shipping costs when refunding the purchase price. If the reason for the return is that there is an error on our part (defective, damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

After placing an order, cancellation or modification of the order cannot be guaranteed. Shipping costs will not be refunded in this case. If you cancel your order after the item has left our warehouse, shipping costs will not be refunded.You can track the status of your order in your Sneazm CustomerAccount. If an item was shipped defective or damaged in shipping, we will send a prepaid return shipping label for the return of the merchandise, if applicable. An inspection of the product must be made to file a claim against the carrier. Once we receive the item, we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at retoure@sneazm.deso that we can send you the return label. To simplify the return process, please fill out the return form and enclose it with your shipment.
